goldstar...

Woop woop... Got to goldstar this month.. I'm still only about halfway to platinum as far as VPPs go, so I will probably have to wait until next month to get there.. As a goldstar I get 2x FPP multiplier though which is good. I've played somewhere around 11k hands at 25NL and around 14k at 50NL so far this month, and have been winning around 2-3ptbb/100. I'm up a little under $600 for the month not including bonuses, so I'm still pushing for my goal of a +$1k month online. The roll is currently just under $1500.

So 2 nights ago I decided to take a shot at 50NL with my $900 roll.. I decided I would stay there until I dropped down to $700 (then I would have to move back down), or hopefully I'd win and it would stick. Well I lost 2.5 buyins, but last night I got back 2 of them, so after a few K hands I'm down like $20something. There were plenty of fish out last night but I couldn't make the most of it. I lost a $60 pot to one of them aipf with AA to AK. I also lost a couple big pots to a fish running 45/5. My AA lost to him a couple times when the board ran out horribly. Oh well. still won a coule buyins on the night. Ill stick to it and hopefully I can keep moving up.

About 10% .10NL, 90% .25NL... Had a 9 buyin downswing from about 15k-25k hands. I recovered in the end though. So totals for the month:

Pretty good month including 1/2NL live of course. Roll is at $855.70 after a +$70ish session tonight.

Feb goals:

- Move up to .50NL (will take a shot when roll gets to $1k, maybe it will stick)
- $1k+ profit online
- Goldstar (if I run good early and move up to .50NL soon, I may go for Platinum)
